Data collected
This site collects a minimal amount of data:
- Contact form. The information you provide (name, email, message) is sent to our server and then relayed by email through the Resend service to handle your request. A Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check protects the form. This data is kept only for as long as needed to reply.
- Audience measurement. With your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (page views, device type, referrer) to improve the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests — legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps.
- Measuring site audience — legal basis: your consent (cookies).
Cookies
Only audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics) are used, and only after your consent. No non-essential cookie is set until you accept. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Recipients and transfers
Audience-measurement data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Contact-form messages pass through Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam). These may involve a transfer to the United States, framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).
Retention period
Emails are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@denys-holenko.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
